Summary
Null is able to recollect from the last training that has occurred and was able to retain somethings, however, even after revisiting topics, he still made those similar errors.
Multiple times he's made errors that were the same all across the board. We covered the Gun signals, how long door exchanges should last, and how rooms should be attacked.
Areas of Improvement (habits included)
Points of Domination - He doesn't follow it to the T and commonly will rush into the room without fully following procedures.
Aim - He has told me that he never liked scopes and always hip fires (Point-aims) and a caveat to that he isn't conscious about being ambidextrous. His canted aim seems to crossbody and because of that is always exposing himself to the threats in the room.
Threshold/Room Identification - He's often times never assessed the door or rooms fully and determined what the room shape is and fails to act accordingly. As a result, he'll dump the room almost fully and a majority of the time.
Slow and Smooth pacing - He's in need of help as far as moving into rooms, he's not moving at a pace where he can register everything and track everything he's seeing.
