Summary
Angel is a good listener, he consumed the information well and understood it; however, failed to apply them and threw me into a situation that would jeopardize the team.
That instance being upon practical application of the things learned, he started working a door but after opening the door and confusing himself on what to do mid motion, he bailed off the door itself entirely and left me to deal with the engaging contacts. We weren't in the room, but it was horrendous to view that happening. Stating just as he bailed off the door, "I forgot what to do"...I'm trying to now reassess my initial thoughts on if he really knew because of his panicked moment.
Second attempt: He was able to actually enter the room, but didn't think to assess the open door on his right side and was gunned down.
Third attempt: He didn't remember the gun signal that allowed him to enter the room and for that, I restarted us before my game had crashed and calling it there.
He needs in-depth and immense amounts of work on his CQB.
